In the late 1980's Ray Fine's love affair with Greenland was just beginning. With over 100 trips to Greenland under his belt, his understanding of the market and his contacts throughout Greenland are a critical part of our success. Ray now spends most of his time in his Wood Workshop, visiting family, and doing volunteer work in Africa, But.. he always knows what's happening in the office, and always making sure our customers are being treated right.

In the office, Josh works with the rest of the team to define the company strategy and plan for the future. He also spends a lot of his time working with both suppliers and customers looking for the latest trends and opportunities. Josh manages the relationships with our creative design teams who develop much of the marketing material that comes out of the office. Keeping the customer happy is his #1 priority. Before joining RFE, Josh has worked throughout Canada, the US, and France consulting on various strategy and marketing projects.

Out of the office, Josh's #1 love is his family, followed closely by boating, in the summer and skiing in the winter. He is married and has a son.

Spending many months traveling throughout Greenland each year, Rob's job is to give customers what they want. Rob speaks Danish and loves to learn Greenlandic whenever he gets the opportunity. He lives his work - eating, playing with, and wearing what he sells. He believes in the product he sells, and that is what drives him.
In his spare time, Rob loves to Mountain Bike, X-Country Ski, Kayak, and go Camping.

Jason makes sure all of our product get to where it is suppose to go on time. This is no easy task given the distance between the manufacturers and the customers. He saves our customers thousands of dollars by finding the best logistics solutions to suit each individual order. Jason also works hard finding new lines for our Outdoors division and heads up our relationship with Buck and Leathermann. By touching all the product that flows to our customers, Jason also contributes much to the quality control.
